Milito house is the recycling of an old reinforced concrete structure, originally conceived for a building of departments of 22 plants, whose construction was interrupted by legal problems twenty years ago.
The project means to reuse a series of seen concrete columns that conform the access hall, and a basement floor.

The site is located in front of the La Plata River, with amazing views to the east. The project perforates the basement with great holes, introducing light and fresh air at the inferior level releasing of constructions the ground level, and building a program ring on the existing columns, and finishing the upper level much isolated which contains the most private program of the house.

The program is desposed, using the basement as a car museum, art atelier and SPA.
The access floor as a social space and entrance; in direct relation whit the garden, the ring for the public areas, the rooms of children, the family room, services and dining room; and the superior volume for the main room.
Milito house is an effort to transform a preexisting problem into a comfortable house.
