The Maria Cher Boutique in Buenos Aires is located in Palermo
Viejo neighbourhood. The site itself is between xxxxxx and its
main characteristic is being deep and narrow. The program consists
in a shop or boutique on the ground level and a duplex flat
on the upper levels.
The project consists in liberating the perimeter with an irregular
one that generates a variety of patios, therefore proposing
an out-doors atmosphere in spite of the conditions of the site.
The flat in the upper level repeats the perimeter and generates
a couple of terraces at the front when drawing in the façade,
keeping the neighbour’s volumetrics, and a sitting room
of double height on the back area.
